Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California residents have the right to opt out of the sale of their personal information. We want to be clear: VEIL Tarot has never sold personal information and has no plans to do so.

We collect personal information solely to provide and improve the Veil Tarot experience. This includes your account information, reading history, and preferences. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

We share data with third-party service providers (Firebase, Stripe, OpenAI) only as necessary to operate the app. These providers are contractually obligated to use your data only for the services they provide to us. This is not considered a “sale” under the CCPA.

As a California resident, you have the right to:

• Know what personal data we collect about you
• Request deletion of your personal data
• Not be discriminated against for exercising your rights

You can exercise your privacy rights in several ways:

• Export your data: Go to Settings in the Veil app and use the “Export My Data” feature
• Delete your account: Go to Settings > Danger Zone to permanently delete your account and all associated data
